As a mother of 3 & Fiancé, I understand & relate on how hard it is to find the time, plus energy to clean.

Cleaning has always been a therapeutic experience for me. I get a sense of focus, joy, & peace when I am cleaning/organizing.

Growing up I was referred to as a "Neat Freak". I never took it as something negative, as people praised me for my cleanliness & way of organizing.

I was recently diagnosed with "Contamination OCD", which I was unaware that this was an actual diagnosis. I decided to turn my diagnosis into my strength, something positive. Cleaning has led me to take control of my OCD, & thrive. I love that I am helping others in this process.
